THE PARAGRAPH REGARDING THE LANGUAGES IN WHICH EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST CAN BE SUBMITTED HAS BEEN AMENDED AS FOLLOWS: "The expression of interest should be submitted in electronic format (PDF) in English and Russian or Moldovan to ME in an email marked "Expression of Interest for Moldelectrica Transmission Rehabilitation Project – PIU Consultancy Services", to reach ME not later than the closing date quoted above. A further copy in English and Russian or Moldovan should be emailed to the EBRD contact person by the same due date." 2. THE FOLLOWING IMPORTANT INFORMATION IS PROVIDED Performing of the services will require participation of ICPT "Energoproiect", which, to the best of the Bank’s knowledge and to be verified by the interested consultants, is the only locally licensed design institute.  Interested consultants are advised to pay attention of the specific requirements and restrictions as per section 5.5(b) of the EBRD Procurement Policies and Rules (PP&R).
